If this sounds like you, you would be a great fit to be an Executive Assistant/Client Support Specialist at Strategy Law, LLP, working with our busy managing partner. This is a full-time in-office position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary depending on experience, plus paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and profit sharing.
Job responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate must be detailed oriented, well organized, be extremely strong in following-up on pending items and keeping track of deadlines. We are looking for someone who is friendly and outgoing, professional, punctual and can multi-task and prioritize under pressure. Candidates must be proficient with MS Office. Previous office experience preferred.
