Litigation Paralegal – 4+ years of experience

If this sounds like you, you could be a great fit to be a Litigation Paralegal working with our litigation team. This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary depending on experience, plus paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and profit sharing.

Primary responsibilities include:

Preparing and finalizing court pleadings in state and federal court, including complaints, motions, briefs, judicial council forms.
Managing litigation calendar and tracking of deadlines.
Preparing motions, complaints, briefs and other documents.
Working with outside vendors for filing documents, process serving, discovery and mediation.
Assisting with document review, discovery preparation and organization.

The ideal candidate must be detailed oriented, well organized, be extremely strong in following-up on pending items and keeping track of deadlines. We are looking for someone who is friendly and outgoing, professional, punctual and can multi-task and prioritize under pressure. Candidates must be proficient with MS Office.
