Primary Responsibilities Include

High level legal analysis
Depositions
Mediations
Discovery
Document review and analysis
Law & Motion filings in state and federal court
Legal research
Trials including first chair and arbitration

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school
Admitted to practice and in good standing with the State Bar of California
4+ years of Litigation experience required
Motivated, proactive, respectful, friendly, ambitious
California Resident
