Senior Employment Attorney

Strategy Law, LLP is looking for a smart and personable employment lawyer with at least 10 years of employment experience who wants to work in a fun, growing, fast-paced environment. This attorney must be licensed in California and have experience with transactional employment matters including employee handbooks, policies and procedures, employment agreements, and counseling businesses regarding hiring, termination and other employment matters.  Our ideal candidate would be full time, have a portable book of business, and be looking to take on additional projects from the firm.  Such person would also benefit from cross-referrals from other team members at the firm.

The candidate we are looking for should possess the following professional attributes:

We are increasing our presence outside of the Bay Area and into other parts of California, including Southern California, and will consider applicants from outside of the Bay Area.

We are open to hybrid/remote work and flexible schedules, and will consider a team of multiple professionals.
