Cathy Wong is a corporate paralegal and an integral member of the transactional team at Strategy Law, LLP. Cathy specializes in corporate transactional matters and has extensive experience with entity formations, foreign qualifications, corporate maintenance and governance, and dissolutions. She also assists with business transactions including sales, mergers and acquisitions and stock offerings. Cathy has over 15 years of experience as a paralegal. Prior to joining Strategy Law, Cathy worked as a corporate and litigation paralegal in a small San Jose law firm and as a Marketing Manager for an international, high-tech company in Silicon Valley. Cathy received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (International Business, Marketing) and paralegal certificate from San Francisco State University.

Cathy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading in her spare time. Cathy is dedicated to giving back to the community and has volunteered hundreds of hours with local philanthropies.
