Frank Maiorana is a partner with Strategy Law, LLP. Prior to joining Strategy Law, LLP, he was a founding partner of LMA Law, LLP. He has special expertise in all aspects of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions relating to the acquisition, development, financing (including conventional, CMBS, construction, life company, Freddie Mac, and FNMA), and disposition of all types of commercial real property; ground, space, and build-to-suit leasing for both landlords and tenants; real estate syndications and private placements; title matters; IEC Section 1031 forward and reverse exchanges; and related issues. Frank’s clients include private real estate investors and investment companies; commercial, office, industrial and R&D landlords; public and private companies in tenant representation; real estate syndicates, and Fortune 1000 companies. Frank has handled transactions throughout California and more than 30 other states.

Prior Experience:
He first became involved in real estate transactions at the Southern California law firm of Spierer, Woodward, Corbalis & Goldberg (1997- 2000), where he developed his skills in commercial and residential real estate transactions. After moving to the Bay Area, Frank joined Silicon Valley Law Group in April of 2000, becoming a shareholder and director of the firm in January of 2007. Frank left Silicon Valley Law Group in 2014 to start LMA Law, LLP, with Lucy Lofrumento, also a former shareholder of Silicon Valley Law Group. Frank then joined Strategy Law as a partner when LMA Law, LLP, and Strategy Law merged in June of 2024.

Frank lives in Danville with his wife, Leticia, and two children, Natalia and Cristiano, and in his spare time enjoys wine, baseball, soccer, gardening, vacationing in Lake Tahoe, and spending time with family.
