Lucy Lofrumento has extensive experience in all aspects of real property, land use and development, including site and economic analysis, joint ventures, acquisitions and sales, leases, financing, governmental permits, public private agreements, CEQA and other environmental requirements, conservation easements, design and construction contracts, accessibility requirements, utility and energy agreements, CC&Rs and owners associations, title insurance, tax-deferred exchanges, brokerage agreements, property management, property taxes, and related matters.
Lucy’s clients include developers, private and institutional investors, landlords, tenants, lenders, contractors, and joint ventures, as well as Sharks Sports & Entertainment. She has handled a wide range of sophisticated projects involving sports and recreation facilities, golf and tennis resorts, movie theaters, high-rise office buildings, hospitals and clinics, R&D campuses, biotech labs, shopping centers, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, apartment complexes, restaurants, hotels, power plants, utility pipelines, residential subdivisions, telecommunication facilities, farms and ranches, habitat conservation preserves, railroads and rolling stock, billboards, parking structures, water supply systems, and more.
