Strategy Law is pleased to announce that three of our attorneys have been named to the Northern California 2020 Super Lawyers & Rising Stars Lists.
The Super Lawyers list recognizes no more than 5% of attorneys in each state and the Rising Stars list recognizes no more than 2.5 % of attorneys in each state to receive these respective honors.
Tamara Pow, a business and real estate attorney and founding Partner at Strategy Law, LLP, has once again been named a 2020 Northern California Super Lawyer. Ms. Pow’s legal practice focuses on business and real estate transactions. She has spent 25 years representing companies, individuals and real estate investors and helping them with their business and real estate transactions. Her goal is to protect her clients from liabilities so they can focus on their business. She was instrumental in forming Strategy Law, LLP, and growing the firm to its current size. In addition to her law degree, she also has an MBA and a real estate broker’s license.
Serge Filatov, a business, banking and corporate Partner at Strategy Law, LLP, has been named a 2020 Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Star. This marks the fourth year in a row that Serge has received this prestigious award. Mr. Filatov’s legal practice consists of working with businesses, lenders, and real estate investors. He assists lenders and borrowers with debt financing and other commercial law matters, including documenting commercial, technology, and real estate loans. He also assists business clients in forming entities and documenting business agreements.
Jason S. Murai, a real estate attorney at Strategy Law, LLP has been named a 2020 Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Star. Mr. Murai’s practice handles residential and commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing of purchase and sale agreements, leases, and easements. He combines his knowledge of the real estate industry and legal experience to assist clients in navigating complex real estate transactions. He is licensed to practice in California and Washington.
