If this sounds like you, you could be a great fit to be a Client Support Specialist/Front Desk Coordinator. This is a full-time in-office position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary depending on experience, plus paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and profit sharing.
The ideal candidate must be detailed oriented, well organized, be extremely strong in following-up on pending items and keeping track of deadlines. We are looking for someone who is friendly and outgoing, professional, punctual and can multi-task and prioritize under pressure.
